Secure Payroll Service - How it Works

Following the straight forward set up, a pre-printed Input Form (generated by  us) consisting of  each employee’s variable details is submitted to us by you via fax, post or e-mail prior to each payroll run.  

 

As part of the process we provide you with any updates that we feel are needed. Your payroll will only  be run when we are happy all aspects of the input are correct.  

 

There can be many changes to the rules regarding  payroll, which is why we take the time to analyse the data before each payroll run.

 

We then process the information and the completed payslips are despatched to you by first class post. The payroll reports and copy payslips are also sent to you either by email or by post.

Payment data files can be written to disk or e-mailed to you for import into your electronic banking system.  

We can also arrange for BACS payments of your employees’ net pays to be made from your bank account using the Cashbacs service.
